Dr. Jason Jared, D.C.
Co-Founder & Clinic Director
Dr. Jared is a natural troubleshooter and innovator, focused on changing the way physical medicine is approached in today’s competitive sports and recreational fitness worlds. Over his years in practice, he kept seeing the same treatment gaps in traditional physical medicine. His groundbreaking approach to correcting root causes of dysfunctional movement and pain using the TRIFACTIVE Method™ has made it possible to integrate essential therapies to achieve consistently superior results in a much shorter time than traditional physical therapy or chiropractic care, as well as improve movement efficiency and performance for his athletic clients. Dr. Jared has always worked with many runners in his practice and began supporting triathletes as sponsor of the Element Multisport Triathlon Club in 2008. Now, as an Elite Sponsor for the Chicago Triathlon Club, he is a trusted advisor to the more than 400 members, helping them achieve their best results by reducing injury risk and improving performance. In his role as Clinic Director at TRIFACTIVE®, you will see him supporting the staff with ongoing TRIFACTIVE Method™ protocol development, staff training, as well as providing input on client treatment plans. Scott Parachek, CES
Therapeutic Exercise Specialist
Scott is passionate about making a difference in the lives of his clients and their overall health. His enthusiasm and positive spirit is infectious, and he takes great pride in the accuracy with which he delivers his high quality client care. He has an eye for detail and is a gifted instructor, which he uses during TRIFACTIVE's ® Therapeutic Exercise treatments to help clients learn to engage and strengthen weak muscles that lead to poor movement patterns. Scott firmly believes that healthy joint movement requires a complete and proper muscle contraction and adequate stamina in order to provide stability to dysfunctional joints. He is a certified Corrective Exercise Specialist and has extensive background in rehabilitation and exercise science. For more than seven years he has worked with patients in a rehabilitation, strengthening, and conditioning capacity. Scott graduated from the University of Michigan with a degree in kinesiology and was a member of Michigan’s1997 National Championship Football team. There, he learned the true meaning of team, as well as the skills needed to motivate others to succeed. Most summers you can find him on Chicago’s beachfront, playing volleyball and trying his hand at any number of weekend warrior sports to stay healthy and fit. Afterwards, he likes to settle down with some good music and good friends.

Rachel Bellino, LMT
Clinical Massage Specialist
Rachel is passionate about anatomy and kinesiology, which lead her to a career in clinical massage therapy, which began at the Soma Institute of Clinical Massage in 2005. Outside of her work as an Expert Sports Massage Therapist, you will likely find her on the lakefront or running the streets of Chicago as she trains for her next marathon. Because she has spent so much time participating in the sport herself, she really understands the mental and physical demands of being an endurance athlete. One of the main reasons she wanted to work with the TRIFACTIVE team was their intense focus on repetitive stress, core stability, and proper posture. Rachel always spends time educating clients during their sessions to create better understanding of their bodies so that they can hit new highs in their active lifestyles
